We receive information directly from you when you contact our office, initiate a text conversation, request an estimate, or affirmatively opt in to receive SMS communications. Opt-in may be given verbally by telephone or in person, or through a written or electronic consent form. When verbal consent is obtained, we document the date, telephone number, method, and scope of the agreement. An inbound text allows us to respond to the sender’s inquiry, but is not automatically consent for unrelated or ongoing messages. We may also receive relevant contact and project information during established business relationships.

How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested estimates and proposal updates, coordinate site access, project schedules, subcontractors, material deliveries and construction services, provide project status information, retain consent and opt-out records, and operate our business. SMS message frequency varies based on your inquiries and project needs. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to a message. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our communications or business, including our SMS platform provider, and to professional advisors when reasonably needed. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
